Welcome to Qatar Airport Services (QAS). These terms govern your use of our premium airport services and establish the contractual relationship between you and QAS.

Service Agreement

1.1 Service Portfolio

QAS provides premium airport services including Platinum Arrivals, VIP departure assistance, meet & greet services, and expedited immigration processing at Hamad International Airport.

1.2 Service Availability

All services require advance booking and are subject to operational availability. Minimum 24-hour advance notice recommended for optimal service delivery.

1.3 Quality Standards

We maintain the highest service standards in compliance with IATA guidelines, Qatar Civil Aviation Authority regulations, and international best practices.

1.4 Service Modifications

QAS reserves the right to modify services due to security requirements, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment & Billing

Secure Processing

All transactions processed through Dibsy's PCI-DSS compliant platform with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Accepted Methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and local payment methods supported.

Currency & Pricing

All prices in QAR. Real-time confirmation via email. Dynamic pricing may apply during peak periods.

Privacy & Data Protection

GDPR Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR, Qatar Data Protection Law, and international privacy standards.
